Delete your account
WhatFliesWhere: Flight Routes, by Sora Technologies
An account is optional in WhatFliesWhere. You only have one if you signed in with Apple or
Google. If you never signed in, there is no account to delete: removing the app from your
device removes everything it kept.
Delete it in the app
- Open WhatFliesWhere and tap Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm. Apple or Google asks you to sign in once
more to prove the account is yours.
The account is deleted straight away.
Or ask us by email
If you no longer have the app, write to
hello@whatflieswhere.com
from the email address you signed in with, and say you want your account deleted. We delete
it within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in: the account identifier, email address and name we received from Apple or Google.
- Everything saved with the account: your home airport, airlines, groups, favorites and other preferences.
- The subscription record our subscription provider, RevenueCat, keeps against the account.
- If you signed in with Apple, the app's access to your Apple sign-in is revoked.
What is kept
- A record that the account identifier was deleted, and when, so a device that was still signed in cannot bring the old data back.
- Usage records of live searches, which are kept for three months and then removed.
- Billing history held by Apple or Google Play for the purchase itself.
Your subscription is separate
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, because it is billed by the
store you bought it from. Cancel it in your Apple Account settings on iPhone, or in Google
Play under Payments and subscriptions on Android.
The Privacy Policy describes everything we collect and how long we
keep it.
