WhatFliesWhere is made by Sora Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
WhatFliesWhere shows which airlines fly between which airports, on which days, at what times, and gives an idea of what fares look like. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.
We are not an airline and we do not sell tickets. We update the database continuously and do everything we can to keep schedules current. However, airlines cancel routes, move times, swap aircraft, and change fares every day, and it is impossible for any complete airline database to be 100% accurate. Always confirm directly with the airline before booking.
An account is optional. You can buy the subscription and use every feature without one. If you create an account, keep your sign-in details secure and let us know if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, which belongs to your Apple Account or Google Play account.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or end access that breaks these rules or that puts the service at risk for other users.
The app, its design, its content and the information it presents are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Airline and airport names, codes and logos belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify flights. Nothing in the app implies endorsement by, or affiliation with, any airline or airport.
We add, change and occasionally remove features. If a change materially reduces what a paid subscription gives you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the information in it is complete, accurate or current, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sora Technologies LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, missed flights, lost bookings or travel costs arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store: these terms are between you and Sora Technologies LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. If the app fails to conform to any warranty that cannot be disclaimed, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
You can stop using the app at any time. We may end your access if you break these terms. The sections on ownership, warranties and liability continue to apply after termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. If you live somewhere whose law gives you consumer rights that cannot be waived by agreement, nothing here takes those rights away.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top and let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
